Terms of Service

By accessing or using ClickBoostAI ("Service"), operated at clickboostai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

ClickBoostAI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate and manage replies to Google Business Profile reviews on your behalf. The Service integrates with your Google Business Profile account to fetch reviews and, with your authorization, post replies.

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business entity you represent.

The Service requires you to authorize access to your Google Business Profile through Google OAuth 2.0. By connecting your Google account, you grant ClickBoostAI permission to:

• Read your Google Business Profile information and locations
• Read reviews posted to your business locations
• Post replies to reviews on your behalf (when auto-reply is enabled or you manually approve a reply)

You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings or the ClickBoostAI Settings page.

New accounts start on a free plan with limited usage (5 AI replies per month, 1 location). For additional usage, a paid subscription is required. Payments are processed through PayPal. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, your account reverts to the free plan.

Replies generated by our AI are suggestions based on your configured brand voice and the review content. You are solely responsible for all content posted through the Service, including AI-generated replies. We recommend reviewing AI-generated replies before posting, especially when first using the Service. ClickBoostAI is not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated content posted to your Google Business Profile.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service to post misleading, defamatory, or harmful content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described therein.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickBoostAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
