ClickBoostAI ("we", "our", "us") operates the website clickboostai.com and the ClickBoostAI platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials through our authentication provider (Supabase/Google OAuth).

Google Business Profile Data

When you connect your Google account, we access and store:

• Your Google Business Profile location information (business name, address, account ID)
• Reviews posted to your business locations (reviewer name, rating, review text, date)
• OAuth tokens (encrypted) to maintain authorized access to your account

Usage Data

We collect data about how you use the Service, including AI replies generated, replies approved or edited, and notification preferences.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Fetch and display your Google Business reviews
• Generate AI-powered reply suggestions using your configured brand voice
• Post approved replies to your Google Business Profile
• Send you notifications about new reviews and system updates
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Improve and optimize the Service

ClickBoostAI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

• We only request access to the Google Business Profile scopes necessary to provide the Service
• We do not sell your Google user data to third parties
• We do not use your Google user data for advertising purposes
• We do not allow humans to read your data unless you have given explicit consent, it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required by law
• Google user data is used solely to provide and improve the review management features you have authorized

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security policies ensuring you can only access your own data. OAuth tokens are stored securely and transmitted only over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate (Supabase for database, Groq for AI processing, PayPal for payments). These providers only receive the minimum data necessary to perform their function.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.

Review text is sent to our AI provider (Groq) to generate reply suggestions. Only the review text, rating, and your brand voice settings are shared — no personal identifiers of the reviewer or your account details are sent to the AI provider.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data (locations, reviews, preferences) is permanently deleted from our systems. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (via account deletion)
• Disconnect your Google account at any time
• Export your data upon request
• Revoke Google API access through your Google Account settings

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
